We have taken enhanced health and safety measures—for you, our other Guests and team Members—and we ask that you follow all posted instructions while visiting our office. However, an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 currently exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and Guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable. By visiting Kahului Dental, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.
We may ask some screening questions prior to procedure to ensure safety for our team and others.
All persons entering above the age of 2 must wear a mask. We ask friends and family to stay outside or at home. Please knock and wait at the door. You will be shown directly to your room as there is no sitting in the reception area at this time. Children may be accompanied by an adult.
Upon entering the office we will take your temperature and have you wash your hands. If your temperature is above 100.4 degrees F, we won't be able to treat you and ask that you return home.
If you test positive for COVID-19 within 14 days after your visit please call
